Challenge The client has two location in India i.e. Pune and Bangalore and at both these locations, they use their own pay logic and process. Though being a single entity, the process was decentralised. Due to manual processing they faced inaccuracy in reports, and migration was not as per expected. Solutions We assured to provide them local support at both the locations. Due to our presence PAN India, it was easy to manage their problems. Both locations pay logic was mapped and customized reports were generated as per their need.
