Media City UK, Salford Quays Resin Bound surfacing for Manchester development which includes new BBC headquarters Contractor Midland Decorative Surfaces Ltd 1500sqm Addaset 6mm Rhine Gold The Media City UK development alongside Manchester’s historic ship canal at Salford Quays was designed to provide a purpose-built home for creative and digital businesses in Manchester, including the headquarters for the BBC. Addagrip approved contractor Midland Decorative Surfaces was appointed to install over 1500sqm of Addaset Resin Bound porous surfacing in a 6mm Rhine Gold blend for the external landscaping providing low maintenance walkways to the front of the complex and the extensive grounds. The first phase, spread over 36 acres, was completed in 2011.
