Renowned global bank achieves 50% increase in application stability
A leading bank based in the US was searching for a partner to provide Level 1 and Level 2 services for over 700 applications across corporate and investment banking. As part of this engagement, HCLTech utilized its ASM 2.0 framework to design and implement a highly collaborative operating model for the bank. This resulted in a significant increase in levels of automation, improvement in monitoring and a decrease in Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR). The scope of work was previously delivered by an incumbent vendor. However, HCLTech executed a fast transition with a focus on risk mitigation, improved documentation and the institutionalization of process rigor.
