The Challenge Rely IT had always served customers from their on-premises data centre to everybody’s satisfaction. Among them a really large customer who grew by almost 100% annually, from 20 users to well over 2,500. This customer recently bought an international company, which even further extended their growth ambitions. Rely IT realised that they needed a different strategy outside their own data centre to be able to scale much faster in order to keep up with this customer’s ambitions.
