Working across a number of sites simultaneously is required for both refurbishment schemes and roll out initiatives. Works are generally undertaken in trading stores overnight or in close down periods. Whichever method is used, works are required to be properly planned to mitigate disruption to trade. Fast track programmes allow the Retailer to retain consistent brand image across the portfolio.
