Pre-design meetings considered solutions for off-grid rural Sunbarn Walk where 90% of the occupants were considered to be in fuel poverty, and a retrofit full wet system (via radiators) and Bi-Valent Air Source Heat Pump & Solar Thermal installation was agreed. Dodd Groups experienced in-house staff designed, installed and commissioned the systems and carried out the roofing works. The project was tenanted throughout the installation.
