The Kazakhstan Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development (MIID) enhanced its Transport Committee's analytics with Qlik Sense, automating 18 processes and saving over 400 man-hours monthly. As part of the Digital Kazakhstan initiative, Qlik streamlined workflows, reduced reports from 42 to 26, and introduced real-time tracking for transport safety, vehicle inspections, permits, and document workflows. The solution improved efficiency, facilitated cross-agency collaboration, and freed resources for advanced analytics tasks. Its success has prompted recommendations for similar deployments across other government sectors.
