ASPHALT+ CASE STUDY: PUMPHRIES ROAD, FORT WORTH, TEXAS In 2007, the TX DOT performed a comparative evaluation of rubberized asphalt and SBR latex in F-type standardized mix designs. The selected project site was the entrance to the Naval Base on Pumphries Road in Fort Worth, TX.
