Hopkins Public Schools shifted from perimeter-focused security to protecting distributed students and staff during COVID. With both macOS and Windows to secure and limited staff, they adopted Jamf Protect and Microsoft Defender but lacked capacity to manage alerts. As shown on pages 2 and 3, Red Canary filled this gap by ingesting telemetry from all tools, providing expert detection, automation and 24/7 coverage. Page 4 shows the outcome: reduced workload, faster response and the ability to extend protection across more systems, giving the district the security maturity it couldn’t achieve alone.
