Overview The Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS) is one of the largest trade unions in the UK, with about 200,000 members. It is orga- nized throughout the civil service and govern- ment agencies, making PCS the UK’s largest civil service trade union. PCS campaigns for fair pay and conditions, decent pensions for all and equality in the workplace and beyond.
