Project managing a fully integrated transport system in Corby Our transport planning consultants were required to project manage the planning and delivery of a fully integrated transport system to improve connectivity and unlock £200m of further investments as part of the Corby Regeneration Framework. Commissioned by the Homes & Communities Agency, our work included the preparation of outline planning for two development sites and detailed proposals for a new railway station infrastructure to provide a high quality “gateway” to Corby. The final scheme compromises a new railway station as part of a mixed use gateway development that includes a public transport interchange, car parking, cycle parking, and high quality public open space.
