2 PagesCASE STUDY Profile 22 Flush Tilt and Turn windows have been used in the construction of flats for University of Derby students. Agard Court opened to students at the start of the 2018-19 academic year. The vibrant, modern flats accommodate between four and six students and house 244 students in total. The accommodation is a short walk away from Derby city centre’s main restaurants, bars and shops. The developer of the new build flats was Jensco Holdings Ltd and the main contractor was Clegg Construction. The design, manufacture and installation of the windows on the project was undertaken by Profile 22 Approved Window Contractor Kingfisher Windows.
