Proficient Health, which connects healthcare providers and removes communication barriers, saw an opportunity to offer customers deeper analytics by blending its platform data with client warehouses and BI tools. Under tight timelines, AllCloud designed a two phase AWS solution: a data lake PoC using OpenSearch, S3, Glue, and Redshift, then a production Redshift environment deployed via CDK with CI/CD, RBAC, and secure Power BI access. Delivered in nine weeks, the project met budget, delighted the pilot customer, and created a repeatable new revenue generating analytics product.
