CD RESULTS Flash Production Increased 9% with Devronizer XP7 at Encore Paper Co. Inc. Encore Paper Co. Inc. in South Glens Falls, NY purchased a Devronizer XP7 with MicroCDOpen and Steam Control System for their tissue operation with the objective of speeding up their machine. 9% Speed Increase 45 Minutes after start-up of the Devronizer XP7, the mill was able to speed up the machine from 939 m/min (3080 ft/min) to 1024 m/min (3360 ft/min), an increase of 9%. This translated directly into an increase in production for Encore! Additional Benefits The average moisture simultaneously increased by 0.7% (from 4.5% to 5.2%).
