Cluttons was appointed by Colorcon Limited to prepare a detailed assessment of its liabilities on an industrial unit in Dartford. Colorcon had fitted out Voyager House as laboratories and thus the potential liability was large and the nature of the reinstatement works very complex. Outcome Having prepared our assessment, the level of detailed contained within the document allowed the client to seek competitive quotes from contractors.
