Located in the post-industrial district of Mokotów Sluzew, Platinum is one of four buildings which comprise the Platinium Business Park. Designed by Grupa 5 Architekci, the seven storey high structure offers a total leasable area of 20,400m 2 . An important aspiration for the client was achieving LEED Gold and BuroHappold Engineering was appointed to provide LEED sustainability consultancy and certification to ensure that this objective was met. Implementing American sustainability standards in a country which is not used to this system presented multiple challenges. Our specialist team was able to draw upon our global experience in this field, including working with the client on other building certification projects, to deliver sustainable strategies and technologies
