Planning guidance for new landmark in central London Sustainability and community consultations were at the heart of the planning application for this iconic landmark building, which achieves over 30% carbon reduction and brings a range of services to the local area. Our planning consultants were asked to review a potential development site and ultimately instructed by Frasers Property Developments to submit a planning application for a 34 storey tall building proposal in Vauxhall. The development, which was granted consent in November 2008, will provide 178 apartments, 8,975m 2 of business space and 229m 2 of active frontage uses.
