Johnson Property Group’s ‘Vermont’ development at Pitt T own consists of approximately 600 premium residential lots and associated community facilities. With a minimum lot size of 1500m2, the Central Precinct provides a rare opportunity in Sydney’s north-west for large family homes with extensive outdoor living space. Role of the T eam Orion Consulting was engaged as the engineering design lead on the initial stages in the Central Precinct. Orion has also been able to support the Johnson Property Group team in the broader project management of the subdivision from DA through to delivery and registration.
