CHALLENGE In 2012, Connect, the national chain of Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinics launched a service which offers intelligent diagnosis and first line physiotherapy support via the internet. Wolf Group developed an innovative secure on -line portal for the client’s patient and practitioner commu- nity. The portal incorporates an expert system which intelligently diagnoses a condition and recommends appropriate treatment. SOLUTION The secure portal allows GP-referred patients the freedom to register their details on -line in the comfort of their own home.
