Previously reliant on disparate, outdated systems, the company faced inefficiencies, data inaccuracies, and administrative burdens. With the new solution, ATS gained a single source of truth, improved HR visibility, and streamlined payroll, achieving at least a 5% increase in HR productivity. The platform also enables mobile and kiosk-based time tracking, supporting project-based operations and allowing employees to bank overtime hours. ATS now plans to expand the solution to its European and Asian operations.
