Long Rake Spar - Pentire Point, Newquay Long Rake Spar were thrilled to hear their aggregates had been used to rejuvenate Esplanade Green, a popular tourist spot in Newquay, Cornwall. Esplanade Green sits right above steps that take you down to South Fistral Beach in Newquay. It is located on Pentire Point, part of the South West Coast Path, a stretch of coastline on the Pentire Headland that provides stunning views of the Atlantic sea. The Pentire Residents Association embarked on a project to improve the Esplanade Green, intending to improve accessibility and provide hardwearing pathways that would transform the area.
