Pentagon ASSURANCE CASE STUDY Pentagon Assurance LTD were asked by CCEP to provide Project, Contract, CDM and site supervision support on a project to drill a 180m deep borehole to increase production capacity and capability of the Smart Water and Abbey Well Brands. We defined and developed the pre-construction information and the construction phase plan. Our Project manager defined the project timeline, financial targets and NEC contracting forms for all 5 contracted parties.
