Peter Brett (PBA) | Penhale Church Street masterplan, London Church Street is one of the most vibrant communities in Westminster with a strong sense of community cohesion. Westminster City Council (WCC)‘s brief was to to create a masterplan that will build on the area’s existing character to support growth and inclusion: to create a community for all. WCC appointed our PBA-led multidisciplinary team in 2016 to bring creative insight, rooted in analytical rigour and strong communications skills to support their vision for the area. A critical issue for WCC was to create local economic activity and ensure greater connectivity to opportunities in Central London. The masterplan proposes a community and housing programme capable of meeting current and future needs of residents and businesses. W
