Penarth Learning Community Case Study The Penarth Learning Community project is a key part of the Vale of Glamorgan’s 21st Century Schools Investment Programme. Funded by the Welsh Government and Vale of Glamorgan Council, it involves the provision of two new schools on the western edge of Penarth.
