Parsonage House Annexe The Grade I listed nature of the Parsonage property in this beautiful conservation area meant that our client was unable to modify or extend their home. The creative solution to this problem was to build sympathetically into the garden; of course, this was still a challenge but Rolton Group’s extensive experience of the planning process ensured smooth progression for this significant annexe building that housed a games room and bar.
