Parmelia Hotel (Hilton), Perth, Australia, 2016 The Parmelia Hilton is a 5-star hotel located in the central business district of Perth. It is a well-established hotel and caters for the corporate end of the city due to its location in the business district. BCS were engaged to upgrade the existing Chiller Controls due to a corporate requirement of upgrading to Windows 7. The existing system was not compatible with Windows 7 so another solution needed to be recognised. LOYTEC came to the rescue of this retrofit project, with BCS engineering a solution utilising a LOYTEC device, which would first gather information from a new chiller controls to BACnet gateway.
