UNITE HERE HEALTH (UHH), a multi-employer health benefits provider, transitioned to a paperless accounts payable (AP) workflow by implementing Yooz, integrated with Sage Intacct. Previously, UHH managed invoices manually, which resulted in lost documents, high mailing costs, and slow processing times. With Yooz, the AP cycle time was cut by more than half, from weeks to 2.5 days. Yooz provided full traceability, automated GL coding, and improved visibility into outstanding liabilities. The mobile interface allowed managers to approve invoices from anywhere, speeding up turnaround times and increasing overall productivity.
