Palatine Parks and Recreation Facilities Market Analysis Palatine, Illinois Hunden Strategic Partners and Sink Combs Dethlefs worked with the City of Palatine Park District to conduct an indoor facility space needs assessment for all city facilities. The study included an examination of the existing local facilities to determine the need for either the addition of a sports facility in the community or the renovation and improvement of existing facilities.
