OCC owned and managed the commercial casinos in Windsor, Niagara Falls and Mnjikaning First Nation land. OLC offered 12 lottery games and over 7,900 lottery terminals to more than 10,500 retailers. The Challenge OLGC was receiving 40-60 packages a day and each one was being cataloged by hand upon receipt and then manually entered into a database at a later time.
