PacificSource, a not-for-profit insurance provider serving over 500,000 members and nearly 4,000 employers in the Northwestern U.S., partnered with Secureworks to implement the Taegis Managed Extended Detection and Response (ManagedXDR) solution to address the need for a more holistic and continuous security approach. Despite hiring additional staff, PacificSource lacked sufficient visibility and context to protect their environment effectively and found it challenging to keep up with indicators of compromise (IoCs). Secureworks’ ManagedXDR provided better visibility, a more effective and efficient security approach, incident response capabilities, and proactive threat hunting.
