The redevelopment of BP America’s Westlake Campus in Houston consists of multiple projects which will allow BP America to double its current 5,000+ employees. The Helios Plaza facility was constructed with a sustainability goal of LEED Platinum, a first for new office construction in the Houston metropolitan area. This buildings primary use is to provide more trading floor and office space, supporting BP’s Integrated Supply and Trading function
