Leak Remedial Works Client: Trent & Dove Housing OnSite were contacted by Trent and Dove Hous- ing to help with a water damaged property caused by a hidden internal leak that had eventu- ally caused the tenant to be temporarily moved out following a ceiling collapse. OnSite arranged an urgent response team to attend the property to locate and repair the leak- ing pipe. The leak was found on a copper feed lo- cated behind the shower ’s stud wall. Following on from the repair, OnSite made good the damage done to the wall, ceiling and tiling.
