! ! Challenge Pacific had to complete a comprehensive refurbishment of popular Irish bar O’Neill’s in Glasgow in just 12 days. The bar is part of the Mitchells Butlers empire, the UK’s leading operators of pubs and restaurants. This project was completed in February 2017 – three years after the premises’ previous makeover, which was also masterminded by Pacific. Approach Pacific drew on their vast experience of delivering to deadline and to budget. The project was commenced at the start of the month and handed over on February 14.
