Oman Refineries and Petro Chemicals (ORPIC) Supporting ORPIC's ambitious investment programme ORPIC is one of Oman’s largest companies, with over 1,600 employees, and refineries in both Muscat and Sohar. It has a significant capital investment programme with work involving three major projects over the next four years. Work includes a multiproduct fuels pipeline from Sohar to Muscat, the improvement of its Sohar Refinery and the Liwa Plastics Project as well as a large ongoing programme of fabric and equipment maintenance works, material and bulk procurement and plant turnarounds.
