Gregg and Linda Olsen don’t just own their Gilbert, Arizona home, they designed it. What was previously a vacant lot is now a 3,450-square- foot house, with three bedrooms, a media room and a children’s playroom spread across a single level. One of Gregg’s favorite features of his home is its cooling and heating system: ductless from Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. Cooling & Heating Division (Mitsubishi Electric). The system saves him money while offering superior indoor air quality – two important and hard- to-accomplish tasks in a desert climate. Gregg is a partner with Larry March in Eagle Services, Gilbert, a business that’s had a hand in plumbing, electrical and air conditioning.
