However, laminated glass on the windows limited the choice of films able to be applied due to the risk of thermal stress. Solution OptiTune 22 film was recommended and trialled in one office. Internal monitoring between it and the adjacent office verified OptiTune's energy saving advantages. The film was subsequently applied to the entire building. Outcome Up to 30% of energy costs were cut due to the reduction of heat flow
