Odor Control – Prima Deshecha Land?ll, Orange County, California SCS Engineers concluded a comprehensive study of odor nuisance issues associated with the Prima Deschecha Land?ll in Orange County, California. Local neighborhoods were complaining of odors from land?ll operations. SCS was hired to conduct extensive research to determine the meteorological conditions most associated with odor events. Odor ?ux measurements were collected with respect to all aspects of the land?ll to determine odor emissions.
