Project Profile: Ocean House Project: Ocean House, Concrete Repairs & Coatings Client: Orchard Building Ltd The project: Ocean House, located in St. Leonards on Sea, Hastings, is an open plan office suite just South of the A21 and East of Hastings town centre. The building required an extensive programme of repair and protection works which APA Concrete Repairs Ltd were appointed to undertake. The solution: Specified areas of defective concrete were first marked out and subject to saw cutting and breakout, before exposed steel reinforcing was cleaned and protected using Fosroc Nitoprime Zincrich.
