This case study outlines how the National University Health System (NUHS) in Singapore deployed Spotfire to operationalize AI and predictive analytics at scale. Facing an aging population and rising chronic disease rates, NUHS built the ENDEAVOUR AI platform to stream real-time clinical data into AI models. Spotfire enabled integration of validated AI models into clinical workflows, supporting disease screening, readmission prediction, diagnostic assistance, and operational optimization. The platform improved productivity, enhanced patient outcomes, and enabled value-based, community-focused care. NUHS plans to deploy up to 150 AI microservices, positioning analytics and automation at the core of healthcare transformation.
