A leading global mutual fund and financial services group collaborated with Happiest Minds to address identity management challenges. Key issues included a lack of visibility into access, manual audit processes, and inefficient identity provisioning across 200+ applications. The solution involved implementing Novell IDM integrated with an Access Governance System (AGS). This enabled automated identity provisioning, improved visibility into access rights, and enhanced compliance through automated reporting. Approximately 30 applications were onboarded per quarter, and the integration ensured correct entitlement paths. Outcomes included improved risk posture, streamlined user ID management, and reduced help desk overhead through self-service password management.
