The new facilities consist of thirty-eight changing rooms, meeting rooms and viewing galleries. The pavilions accommodate teams playing a range of sports including football, cricket, rugby and American football. The showers in the changing rooms need to be able to cope with a high demand for hot water in a short period of time due to the large number of matches that can be played simultaneously on the 150 acres of playing elds.
