They are adding to their current stock of 28,000 homes a large scale, mixed-use development in Peckham comprising 330 homes, commercial space and retail. The mostly derelict site included an existing Energy Centre serving the adjacent Southwark Council Estate that had to be relocated before the construction could commence.
