PNM Quick SaverTM Customer Profile Project Share, Albuquerque Nonprofit Saves with PNM Grant and Rebate Project Share is an Albuquerque-based nonprofit that provides a hot, nutritious meal to hungry and homeless people six nights a week. To reduce its energy bills, Project Share needed to make energy-saving upgrades. Project Share updated lighting with new technology, and replaced old motors in a walk-in refrigerator/freezer. The lighting project qualified for a PNM Quick SaverTM rebate, which paid for more than 70 percent of the cost. Project Share also successfully applied for a PNM Reduce Your Use Grant, which covered the balance of the lighting project and paid for the new motors.
