Hunter Helps Petco Park Earn San Diego Baseball Fans’ Approval Major League baseball’s newest ballpark, Petco Park, is located right here in San Diego County...essentially in Hunter Industries’ backyard. Hunter has had a long and storied relationship with the San Diego Padres. The company had its irrigation products installed at the ball club’s previous home, Qualcomm Stadium. In addition, Hunter has also been a partner with the Padres in the Little Padres Parks program–the building of dozens of neighborhood playing fields for youths from all walks of life in San Diego and Tijuana.
