NJ Transit SP+ NJ Transit is the nation’s third largest provider of bus, rail, and light rail transit, linking commuters throughout New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia. SP+ Municipal Services operates numerous commuter garages and surface lots for the agency, helping connect thousands of daily transit riders. SP+ Municipal Services created custom solutions to improve parking for NJ Transit riders. For example, when a new 415- space garage was set to open at the Morristown Station, SP+ Municipal Services developed a marketing campaign to bring in new monthly parkers to the garage. SP+ Municipal Services designed and distributed approximately 7,000 postcards to announce the Morristown garage opening.
