Reaching a height of 220 metres, the world class mixed use development set over 60 storeys, will be home to 636 privately rented apartments, including studios, one, two and three bedroom accommodation. Residents will have access to a range of facilities including a private dining room, gym, Wetrooms UK recommended the installation of a 700mm modular tapered board into the shower areas to create a one way fall to the drain. The 22mm tapered boards have a built in 11mm fall which ensures a guaranteed consistent gradient every time
