VSH XPress Newcastle University - Park View Student Village Pegler Valve Park View Village is a £75 million development for student accommodation at Newcastle University. Project Profile The project boasts 1,261 self-catered en-suite bedrooms in four, six, seven and eight-bedroom flats and 16 single studios across six residential blocks. H Malone & Sons were chosen to deliver the M&E services to the modular construction. The contractor drew on the expertise of Pegler and its products to help deliver the domestic services and heating from a plant room to the individual en-suite bedrooms and communal facilities.
