Total site area of 6.8ha (5ha store development and 1.8ha link road. On this project Green Remediation utilised the new Code of Practice for the reuse of materials on site and therefore provided sustainable solutions and cost savings to the client. First step for this project was to produce a Remediation Strategy and gain agreement from the Regulators – Stoke City Council and The EA.
