The contract was awarded on a design and build basis where Makers constructed and fitted out the project in 22 weeks coordinating with Network rail to ensure the compliance with current regulations. The car park has a footprint of 48 x 90m and incorporates 450 spaces on two levels. Makers designed the fenestration to dove tail in with the existing site and designed the waterproofing system together with their in house electrical design team.
