National Portrait Gallery

Founded in 1856, the National Portrait Gallery brings history to life with the most extensive collection of portraits in the world. Hundreds of thousands of visitors pass through its famous doors just o Trafalgar Square every year. As well as designing and installing the gold leaf lettering on the outside of the building, we took care of the complete waynding system inside – quite a responsibility to ensure that every visitor can see where they are at any time and nd their way round the forty rooms of the Gallery and its 1400 portraits. We also developed the external notice board system to promote upcoming exhibitions – and continue today to create the internal information and photographic displays for these regular events.
